DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE:

It means the rude, violent and aggressive behavior in home, of a partner of course. The partner is not necessarily a man it can be woman too.

Reasons for domestic violence:

In my opinion the foremost reason for the violence from a man's side is unemployment. It is a part of human nature that whenever he or she is not busy with the work they do, they tend to get disturbed. Now this disturbance can formulate its shape in any dangerous way because humans are attracted more towards negativity than positivity  as it is in their nature. For a typical man the best way to bust his anger is to rush up on his wife. To beat her, humiliate her and torture her.Other reasons include over thinking, drug addiction, poverty and interest in other woman.
Same violence can also be seen from a woman's side but the cases are very rare like one in a million. Reasons might be drug addiction, over thinking, psychiatric or the woman might have interest somewhere else.

Impacts of domestic violence:

The impacts of domestic violence are really deep. They can pass over to the generations. How? If a  male kid has seen his father beating up his wife and torturing her, there are clear and vivid chances that he will end up the same way. Same is followed for a female kid seeing her violent mother. So this issue is like a chain reaction. It also may lie dormant, not showing signs and symptoms in behavior of the young ones until they get married. In this way it causes disruptions over the generations
The second impact is that it drains out the skills of the children. They always see their parents fighting so they develop a fear inside them. Even over small things happening, their reactions become intense. They get insecure and may have a problem of confidence lacking. They forget about themselves and always worry about their parents. At this point there is probability that children may get involve in illegal activities, not only illegal but also immoral! and this is the third impact of domestic violence. As we all know that the memories of childhood are very strong that's why we have to treat the children wisely and affectionately; specially those who have been victimized to this issue. There are very few children who have the capability to positively resist these situations. We see that most of the impacts are affecting the kids. Partners may also get affected, they may harm themselves or others. The consequences might be very very long lasting and both of them can end up being in jail.

How to cope with such kinds of situations?

We can play our role in this issue by helping the affected kids, by arranging sessions for them, by negotiating peacefully with the violator. While on the other side individual patience, tolerance and most importantly strict laws against violators might be helpful while awareness about human rights can help to ease the situation.

YOUR LIFE MATTERS NO MATTER WHAT THE CIRCUMSTANCES ARE!

LIVES ARE GIVEN AND TAKEN BY GOD, OUR AIM MUST BE TO LIVE IT NOT TO RULE IT... What is the thing which makes human so helpless that he even denies his own life? To me the most precious thing which I care about most is my breath, my life. If a person is capable to muster up such courage to give up on his own life, he must be depressed this much. Now what might be the reasons for depression. For me, the top most reason is that there are no listeners left in the society. In today's world, we might live in same house but we are separated by the walls of social media. We barely have family talks. Even if we contact our friends and relatives, we do it for our own "Transactional causes"_ you give I take, I give you take. Even I have experienced that many of my close friends and relatives do not call or message me until they have their own interest in doing so . What happens when there are no listeners? That listener might be a close friend to the depressed one. As a result, the ...

TO MY BELOVED DISTRACTED YOUTH

Why is our youth so desperate to jump into western lifestyles? In my opinion, the reason behind their this will is their  "Enslaved thoughts". We have been a colony to the west, used by them, not used but actually DRAINED out of our resources by them. The westerns have colonized us in different ways. This was not a one day process, they slow poisoned our minds. They colonized us and then provided different means of needs and attractions to us. They made us stand in a position where we could not even turn on a light without their assistance because this light too is their invention. The households, cars, aeroplanes, electronic devices and even medicines are all their inventions and without them we consider our survival impossible. So as we are controlled this way, we got slowly and gradually admired by them, started following them and at the end want to be like them. In this way they caged our minds. They made us disbelieve in our own selves. Dependency to me is more chroni...

THE PAKISTANI MEDIA

Media is the main mean of mass communication these days. A common man accesses the world before him through media. This world includes politics, education, economy and much more of a country as well as the international system. Starting from the Pakistani local dramas. How do they portray our culture? Obviously through the message they convey. No doubt, they address social issues like in the dramas " Udari, Ruswai, Damsa" and many more, which is really appreciable of them. At the same time they show our living dishonorably in some dramas. They dispatch the image of university and public offices bluntly. This affects the mindset of a common man in a way that he refuses to send his children, more specifically daughters, to such institutes which affects the country eventually. Most of our dramas show upper class which is not so in Pakistan because more than 40%  of our public is even below the poverty line. The language, the dressing and living are not represented as Pakistani ...
